In adopting a pet from Top RJ's Animal Rescue and Rehab, you will be required to sign and adhere to the adoption agreement - Click the icon below to read the adoption agreement.

 

We do have an adoption fee which helps to offset the costs of caring for our rescue animals. Before filling out this form, please be sure you have read our adoption policies and see below for specific criteria. In order for an application to be approved: you must be at least 18 years of age, with all pets in the home current on vaccinations, and all dogs on heartworm preventative

Once you've completed the application, it should take about 3-5 days for our adoption coordinator to reach out to you.
